Carole is the office manager and has been with Dr. Morrow since 2011. Carole has extensive dental experience, having worked front office in a periodontal office for several years prior to joining the Mt. Tabor Dental team. She fell in love with the industry and has made it her career. Carole considers herself a people person and an integral resource for our patients who have questions regarding billing, insurance and financial arrangements. Not only does she consider our patients practically family, but her co-workers as well. Carole’s hobbies include; card making, traveling and spending as much time possible with her three children, family and friends. And…one day she wishes to visit Italy!

Leah is an Expanded Function Dental Assistant and she has worked in the practice since 2004. She enjoys the fun atmosphere in the office, the teamwork and the many ways she can help patients. When she is away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, working out, and snowboarding.


Diane received her dental hygiene degree in 1991. She has been working at Mt. Tabor Dental since 2005. Her primary goals as a clinician are to provide optimum care and education for her patients.

Lisa graduated Mt Hood Community College in 1991. Her goal as a dental hygienist is to build a relationship with our patients. She would like each patient to feel comfortable and well taken care of while receiving dental hygiene care. Away from work she is dedicated to her family, husband, and two teenage boys.

Nichole at Mt Tabor Dental


Nichole joined Dr. Morrow in 2013 with 15 years of extensive dental experience. Having been a dental assistant, treatment coordinator and business manager, Nichole understands all aspects of dentistry. She is a graduate of Pacific University where she received her Bachelors in Dental Health Science and Dental Hygiene. She is a member of the ADHA, Liga International, and Flying Doctors of Mercy. She believes that no one should have a bad dental experience and tries to make every appointment fun and relaxing. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her three children and traveling as much as possible. She is also an avid Boston Red Sox fan!
